Referral Runner + Google Earth Engine (Scaffold)

This fixes your JS so it actually runs, computes a number, and builds a stable Ref. Earth Engine is included as a map scaffold (because EE needs auth/hosting to be “real” in a random local HTML).

Earth Engine “in HTML” usually means: build an EE App (Code Editor) and embed it, or host a web app with EE auth. This page shows both routes in the Termux steps below.

Map panel (Leaflet). By default it uses OpenStreetMap. If you publish an Earth Engine App, you can embed it under this map (or replace the map entirely).

EE layer hook: If you later generate an Earth Engine mapId/tileURL (authenticated), you can add it as a tile layer here.
